Manufacturing Capability

Our factory is the product

Everything ABI supplies traces back to one place: our own production floor in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. This page is what runs on it.

Key production equipment

Built for volume and precision

All LGSS components are manufactured in-house to ensure supply certainty, quality control, and scalability for large developments.

LGSS rollformer, C and Z profiles

In-house rollforming line producing light gauge structural steel framing and purlin profiles at volume.

CNC fibre optic laser cutter

Precision CNC cutting for tight dimensional accuracy and repeatability across production runs.

Welding, bending, and steel processing

Fabrication bays covering heavy gauge I-beam work through to mild steel assemblies.

What this means for you

Owning the factory changes the promise

A trader can only promise what its suppliers deliver. A manufacturer can promise what its factory produces. Because rollforming, cutting, and fabrication happen on our own floor, ABI controls the three things projects feel most: quality, lead time, and capacity.

  • High-volume, repeatable LGSS production
  • Tight dimensional accuracy and consistency
  • Faster lead times for large developments
  • Reduced dependency on third-party suppliers
  • Supply certainty for multi-site programmes

Scale and reach

Backed by the group's footprint

ABI manufactures within the AIS Group's 11,000 sqm Subic Bay base of headquarters and three factories, supported by a Pasig City satellite office and warehouse, a 4,000 sqm warehouse in Ibaan, Batangas, and a 20,000 sqm expansion site in Armenia, Tarlac. Deliveries move on the group's own IFL fleet: tractor heads, wingvans, dropside trucks, boom truck, and forklifts.
