Engineering & Project Development

From raw land to build-ready

Engineering is what separates a materials supplier from a project partner. ABI carries both: the factory that makes the systems, and the engineers who make them fit your site.

Engineering services

Six services, one accountable team

Structural engineering

Design and detailing of steel structures, engineered to work hand in hand with what our factory produces.

Civil engineering

Site works, foundations, drainage, and the civil scope that turns a plan into a workable site.

Mechanical engineering

Mechanical design and coordination for the systems that make buildings function.

GPS surveying

Site surveys with GPS and total station equipment, producing accurate data to design and build against.

Land development

Development planning that takes raw land through layout, earthworks, and services to build-ready lots.

Site assessment

Ground truth before commitment: assessing terrain, access, and constraints so projects start with open eyes.

Field to desk

Surveyed on site, engineered in-house

Our surveyors capture the site with GPS and total station equipment; our engineers design against that data in CAD; our factory then makes what the drawings call for. No hand-offs between companies, no gaps between design and production.

Project development

We develop land, not just supply to it

For customers starting from bare ground, ABI plans the development itself: layouts, earthworks, roads, and services, sequenced so that construction can start the day the land is ready. Combined with group civil equipment, from excavators to compaction plant, the same team that assessed your site can shape it.

  • Development layout and planning
  • Earthworks and site preparation scope
  • Coordination through to construction start

Start with the land you have

Send us the location and what you want it to become. Our engineers will tell you what it takes to get there.
